Sales List screen

This screen is actually quite powerful, as you can bring up a specific list of sales and then review them in-line - such as updating the comments, rating and status without leaving the screen.

To reach the list screen, simply do a search for prospects from the Sales Menu.

To refine your results, click the Edit Filter button and then use the filter options to create a customised search. Note that you can save your filter for quick access next-time!

When viewing a list of sales, you can order them by company, due date, progress, weighting, value or in the default order. To reorder the list to your liking, click the Order By button:

The sale list screen is also useful for getting a good overview of several sales at once. Under the name you can see what the sale is linked to (such as company – contact), as well as the status, probability, rating, value and due date.

Click the comments box (with the light yellow background) to easily update the comments for this sale.

The yellow activity icon on the right allows you to quickly add an activity. The date underneath shows the most recent contact and the number of days in braces - eg (10)

Tip: The stamp icon will "action" the sale - marking it as closed today and either successful or unsuccessful.

If a sale has been ‘actioned’, then it is no longer a current sale, and won’t be shown in a sale list by default. Click the Show Actioned button on the grey task bar to see all sales, actioned or current.

Manager Dashboard - Sales panel

The manager dashboard contains a handy sales panel which allows you to view sales that you manage by a number of filters.

Select Home > Dashboard and then select the Manager dashboard.

On the left-hand-side you will find a My Sales panel which groups all your active sales by the filter option selected - such as those with the most activity.

Note that you must be the manager of a sale for it to appear in this panel.
