Edit Company

1.  Change status

To update a company's status, use the progression ribbon in the middle column of the screen. You may also manually change the status by editing the company.

2. Change Managers

To change or add a company manager, use the Relationships functionality. Select Company > Manage Relationships from the taskbar.

A company can have zero, 1 or many managers.

3. Edit Company

To edit a company, you need to be viewing it. Click the Edit button from the grey taskbar:

 

2. You are able to change many of the details entered when the company was created. If the field you are after isn't showing, try the Company Profiles section back on the View Company screen. You can click the value to update it.

3. Default or primary contact - this contact is used as the default when performing a number of actions in AffinityLive. Use the "Contacts" tab back on the View Company screen to find and edit individual contact details.

4. Similarly, you can adjust the default/primary address, and addresses can be changed from the "Address" tab.
