Finding Jobs & Projects

1. If you can recall part of the job name, or the number (requires a hash - eg #48) then type this and click the search icon.

If the results list is very long, try using the Filter list options to refine your search.

Tip: If you put a company name in the search field, the search will return a list jobs for that company (excluding inactive ones)

2. From any page you can access a full list of jobs. Simply hover over the Jobs tab then click Show All. From this screen you can then run filters to narrow your search results, export or simply click the job for more infomation.

  • The number in front of the job name is the ID
  • A job is always linked to something - typically a company or contact.
  • A job has 1 and only 1 type.
  • A job always has 1 status, and using the drop-down arrow you may be able to run a progression to update the status.
  • The blue line under the created date shows the job progress in terms of budget usage.

Remember you can always refine your search using the Filter list option.

Clicking the title of a job will load the View Job screen.
