Sync'ing your Calendar, Contacts & more

Quick Start » Sync'ing your Calendar, Contacts & more

Manage staff availability with external calendar sync, simplify addressbooks with contact sync, and even streamline bookeeping with online accounting integrations!

A big part of helping you manage your time and work in AffinityLive is through synchronizing your main calendar with your AffinityLive schedule.

If you're using Google Apps or Microsoft Exchange/Outlook - good news! We support full, bi-directional sync, so things you schedule in AffinityLive appear in your main calendar, and external appointments you enter into your main calendar are also imported into AffinityLive!

Another thing we're often asked for is contact synchronization - how you can sync your own address book in Google Contacts or Exchange with AffinityLive. Great news - we also support 2-way sync for these products, which means not only are your contacts now synchronized with your main CRM, but you can also share contacts across address books in your entire company.

For the fan of social integrations, we also synchronize your Twitter and Yammer messages.

And finally for the accounting gurus, your invoices and payments can also be sync'ed with QuickBooks, Xero and Saasu.

Video: Synchronizing Calendar & Contacts

While AffinityLive is the home of the work you do for your clients, we realize that you don't want to have to check multiple calendars and address books all the time. This is why we integrate with Google Apps and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook - to see how we do it check out the video below.

Detailed Guides: Setting up Integrations

AffinityLive supports integrations with a range of different web services for your convenience. You can access your own integrations dashboard by clicking on the "integrations" button in the top right after you log into AffinityLive. For more information about specific integrations, we've created dedicated pages to explain how each of them works.

Of course, if you're stuck, you can always email us - contact our helpful support team at support@affinitylive.com.

Tip: Pushing a contact to your addressbook

While your company may have thousands and thousands of client contacts, we realize that you might not want all of them in your address book, particularly if you have your address book synced with your mobile phone!

For this reason, you need to start off by "pushing" a contact from AffinityLive over to your Google or Exchange contact list. Once you've done this for the first time for a contact, any further changes you make - whether in AffinityLive or your other address book - will be automatically synchronized.
