NB: you'll probably need to have administrator rights to your Exchange server to enable outgoing emails to be captured.

Not using one of the mail setups described above? Don't stress - you can configure pretty much any mail server or client to work with AffinityLive. Check out the instructions here for more info on how to get yourself up and going.
One of the most common questions users ask when they first configure AffinityLive's automatic email captue is "what about personal emails - will they be captured too?"
The good news is that in almost all cases, no, any personal emails you send or receive will NOT be captured by AffinityLive - this is because AffinityLive only captures emails that come in from or go out to contacts in the AffinityLive company and contact database.
Check out this help page to see how you can configure your own privacy and relationship settings to ensure any personal emails you share with company contacts are protected from prying eyes.
