Statuses Overview

AffinityLive has a focus on helping you track where work is up to. The idea of a status is nothing new, but we also let you define the paths between your statuses.

Creating Statuses

Before configuring any progressions, you should review the list of statuses that are available for that module. Using the Issues module as an example, you can hover Issues in the main navigation bar, and then select "Config"

Deleting Statuses

Whilst viewing a list of statuses, click the recycle bin icon from the far right. If the icon is unavailable, this is because that status is currently being used by records in the system. You should run a search for records in that status and progress/edit them into a different status. You should then be able to delete the unwanted status.
