Delete Data

Some records in AffinityLive may be permanently deleted by first setting the record to an inactive status. This status must have the "inactive" linked (or underlying) status. You will then see a "delete" option from the grey taskbar.

Export Data

An admin user may export all AffinityLive data via the Exports section in the Admin navigation. You could treat this as a backup of your data.

Bulk Delete Data

Admin users can access the Bulk Delete Data feature under the Company section in the Admin navigation.

Import Project Component Types

When you set-up a project in AffinityLive, you can define a project plan (or workflow) which consists of 1 or more project components. An admin user can make a default pick-list of components by configuring the components types. However, to save you time, you could import a file which lists your components types.
