Overview
In addition to setting up email integration with Outlook and Exchange, you can also enter your Exchange user details in AffinityLive to unlock more features:
- Schedule a diary note, call or meeting from AffinityLive and it will automatically push the appointment into Exchange so that it appears in your Outlook Calendar.
- Pull appointments that you create in your Outlook Calendar into your AffinityLive schedule so you can truly see how busy you and your are.
- Use the "Send to Addressbook" button from the contact view screen to push a contact's details to your Outlook Addressbook and any smartphone you sync with your Exchange account.
- Tasks created in AffinityLive will push into your Outlook Task list.
Connecting
Connecting to Microsoft Exchange makes use of Outlook Web Access, a browser-based interface for accessing your mailbox. Here we take you though how to enter your details into AffinityLive and test your connection.
Calendar Sync
Let's you automatically push scheduled diaries (such as a meeting) from AffinityLive into your Exchange Calendar. Meanwhile, appointments from your external calendar appear on your AffinityLive schedule to give you a better view of availabilities.
Contact Sync
Calendar Sync allows you to easily link the rich, shared client and contact information that lives in AffinityLive with your easy to access address book in Exchange and Outlook. By pushing contacts from AffinityLive to Exchange/Outlook, you can then have full, ongoing synchronization, so no matter where you are - at your desk or on the mobile - you can have a single, central database of critical client info.
Task Sync
With the sync between Exchange/Outlook and AffinityLive, any tasks you create in AffinityLive are automatically pushed to your Outlook task list, and changes you make are synchronized back into AffinityLive. Discover how it works here.
